Water Patrol Headquarters

All the deputies and staff assigned to the
Water Patrol Unit are housed in the headquarters building, which was built
in 1996. It is located in
Spring Park, MN
on the shore of Lake Minnetonka.
In addition to being the headquarters for the Water Patrol, the building is a designated Emergency Operations Center (EOC). During times of emergency the Water Patrol Headquarters houses state, county and city officials to coordinate services to the community. The spacious and efficient layout also makes the building an ideal training venue, which has been used by local, county and state agencies. |

The lower level has three large bays that house the seasonal equipment. The building has a standby generator to assure operations even during power outages. |
